With our rapid growth over the last two years, Export Technologies are now looking for an Account Manager & Online Marketing Specialist to join our Client Operations department

Full Training will be provided

You will be responsible for all client operations for all websites (Accounts) you work on

You will be responsible for guiding the client on all aspects of their website

You will respond and advise clients on support requests they will make

You will respond and advise clients who request information on marketing activities

You will be responsible for providing client consultancy regarding ecommerce best practices

You will support clients on using the IRP ecommerce retail platform and its Administration

You will work closely with the Head of Department to plan and implement campaign changes

You may suggest new website features and provide ideas and client feedback

You will have a passion for keeping on top of the latest online marketing trends

You will report to the Head of Online Marketing and follow all strategy passed down

You will manage paid traffic from Google, Yahoo, MSN, Shopping Portals & any new opportunities as identified by the department ensuring you deliver the best possible ROI and the most relevant traffic to each website

You will closely monitor website / keyword / product conversion and make changes when necessary or instructed

You will be or become SEO and PPC expert who will make sure that a clients site meets basic SEO requirements and PPC campaigns are done in accordance with departmental strategy Experience Profile
