Export Technologies deal with a wide variety of clients running the IRP
platform and offering consultancy. Our clients come from a wide variety of
backgrounds in retail including individual shops, chains of shops, mail
order specialists, suppliers, distributors and manufacturers. The companies
vary in size, industry and exposure to the internet as a means of expanding
business. Some clients are new to the internet - the majority already have
existing online activities that have not delivered. Almost
all of the clients that approach us believe they have potential and want a
platform that will boost sales.
Export Technologies work with the client to select the best business
solution based on the IRP platform. We identify potential for
growth and evaluate where the IRP platform will bring benefits
to the company. Our strategy targets E-Commerce expansion, however
many clients benefit from the integration of EPOS links and stock control.

Harris Sportsmail are an English based mail order company that retails
fishing hardware and accessories. After 2 years of working a website that

After an initial port of the information from the old web system, the
Harris Sportsmail site is now one of the largest in the UK online fishing market and continues to grow.

Jackson Sports
Jackson Sports is a long established High Street retailer that recognised the
potential that their reputation for customer service and connection with
suppliers could bring for growth in sales over the internet.
The IRP provided the solution for linking in an EPOS system
with stock control and extending this into a comprehensive web solution
for expansion into new markets through internet sales. The strategy
allowed Jackson Sports to compete in new sales channel without risk to
their traditional business.

Chain Reaction Cycles
Chain Reaction Cycles are Europe's largest E-Commerce retailer of Cycling
related products. Export Technologies have worked in partnership with Chain
Reaction Cycles on their website since it went live in 2001.
In November 2004 the site was ported onto the IRP Platform. The
multilingual and multicurrency functions of the IRP helped the company to
penetrate the new international markets. Chain Reaction Cycles remains UK's
Hitwise rank no 1 site for the Sports - Cycling category.
