Export Technologies has successfully transferred its latest customer, Source BMX from their previous e-commerce site onto the IRP platform.

Source BMX, www.sourcebmx.com, is the UK’s premiere 100% rider owned BMX bike retailer. Based in Hastings, East Sussex, it was established in 2003 and has developed into the ‘go-to’ supplier for products in this niche bike market.

Combining a busy retail outlet, multi-functional skatepark and now a significantly improved online presence, Source BMX is utilising all available channels to maximise its international growth potential.

Rich Moore of Source BMX said, “We have had reasonable experience selling our products online, but looking back we didn’t really capitalise on the potential customer pool outside our domestic market. Working closely with Export and moving to the IRP platform dramatically improves our international growth potential and initial results show very positive increases in our conversion rate and overall sales levels.

Export has extensive experience in the bike market, having worked with the world’s largest online bike store, Chain Reaction Cycles for 13 years.

Les Curran of Export Technologies said, “Source BMX is a great fit for the IRP platform, as one of its key benefits is maximising the international growth potential for niche businesses. The bike market is huge and our experience of working with the world’s largest online bike store, has given us in-depth knowledge of the highs and the lows associated with the world of e-commerce in this market.”
